"Oreo Choco Shake"

Oreo Choco Shake is precisely one of the refreshing drinks to feel good for a hot weather!

Ingredients:

Oreo cookie bits

Chocolate flavored shake powder & 1/2 kl. white sugar

Crushed ice

Evaporated milk

3 egg whites

Procedure:

Combine oreo cookie bits, chocolate flavored shake powder, crushed ice, and evaporated milk, then blend.

For the foam:

Caramelize 1/2 kl. white sugar with a cup of water on pan. Wait until it becomes sticky.

Separate egg white from egg yolk. Set aside.

Pour the syrup on egg white and mix using electrical mixer.

Mix until the foam gets stiff.

Good for 14 persons per serving.

General Santos City Mayor Ronnel Rivera implemented an ordinance of "NO SMOKING!" in all the public places here in GenSan. Whoever violates this ordinance will be penalize or imprison.
